Welcome to the kingdoms of Morbourne, Fallhaven and Valcoast. These cities of Domhnall are unique but tied together; Trades occur, merchants travel and treaties are reviewed, signed and broken: it's a way of life. The population is a mix of humans and mages, with the ruling bodies of each kingdom the latter: super powered and deadly. Though for now there is peace, a stable peace, as each depends on the others to maintain the delicate chains of life. What all citizens of every country have most in common however is their védo, a beast that is bonded to them and protects them from the dangers of this world. In a world where loyalty is everything, which side will you choose?

THE MILITARIES
As each country has its own type of military, be it knights or sailors on the seas, each has a unique ranking system. Certain ranks are higher than others, demanding more respect and honor and skill.

MORBOURNE

As each country has its own type of military, be it knights or sailors on the seas, each has a unique ranking system. Certain ranks are higher than others, demanding more respect and honor and skill.

Lord Commander
Commonly believed to be the greatest knight living, the Lord Commander is the highest ranking position in the Morbourne army. He is also in charge of the Kingsguard. This character is canon only.

Knight of the Kingsguard
The four men who are sworn to protect the King at all times; they shadow his movements. They are slightly separate to the the rest of the army, and follow the Lord Commander. These men are selected because of their exceptional skill. All four are canon only.

Knight of the Lion
Two men who are in control of the army, taking orders only from the Lord Commander, when orders are necessary. Only those of noble birth can hold this position. Both of these men are original characters. 2/2 available.

Knight of the Realm
Eight men who each lead a group of other Knights. Orders generally come from a Knight of the Lion. These are hardened men who have a little bit more skill and a little bit more experience than your regular knight. 8/8 available.

Knight
The majority of the Morbourne army. Proficient in many metal weapons, normally mounted on snorting, stomping war horses. This is as far as a commoner can rise.

Squire
After deciding they want to be a knight, a squire is chosen by a knight to be an assistant of sorts, to learn the ways of knighthood. These boys and young men are of noble birth.

Yeoman
These trainees do not get assigned to knights; rather they practice amongst eachother. These are the men and boys of common birth, who can become knighted once they prove themselves in tourney, or some other form of combat.

FALLHAVEN

As each country has its own type of military, be it knights or sailors on the seas, each has a unique ranking system. Certain ranks are higher than others, demanding more respect and honor and skill.

Lord/Lady Commander/Alpha Wolf
The leader of the Fallhaven Freeriders, as well as head of the Queensguard. The rank is most commonly known as Lord Commander, though the old term of Alpha Wolf is still occasionally heard. Believed to be the best of the best. This character is canon only..

Queensguard
The four men and women that have sworn to protect the Queen above all else. They are led by the Lord Commander, chosen because of their remarkable skill at Freeriding. They are commonly known as Queensguardsmen, though the old title of Alpha Lord (or Lady) is still occasionally heard. These four characters are canon only.

Wolf Lord/Lady
These two men (or women,) are in direct control of the Freeriders, taking orders and reporting to only the Lord Commander. Nobles and commoners can hold this title. These two characters are original. 1/2 available. ** female position open, male taken

Wolf Warden
These eight men and women ride at the head of groups of Freeriders, making the field decisions as appropriate to the Wolf Lords wishes. Both nobles and commoners can hold this rank, as long as they have the experience and skill. All eight of these characters are original. 8/8 available. ** four male, four females

Freerider
The majority of the Fallhaven army; the basic Freerider. They are skilled with bows and swords, and excel with hit and run tactics rather than brute force.

Junior Freerider
Once a Cub has proven itself in challenged combat or tourney, he or she becomes a Junior Freerider. Here, they are chosen by a Freerider to learn the ins and outs of their trade.

Cub
The very first stage in becoming a Freerider, one that nobles and commoners both go through. It is gruelling and relentless, assuring that only the best become Freeriders.

VALCOAST

As each country has its own type of military, be it knights or sailors on the seas, each has a unique ranking system. Certain ranks are higher than others, demanding more respect and honor and skill.

War Captain
Unlike the other Kingdoms, the leader of the Valcoast forces is not a part of any sort of guard. This is the War Captain, the highest ranking captain in all of Valcoast. He doesn’t even listen to the Kings First Captain. This character is canon only.

King's First Captain
The second-highest-rated captain in the Valcoast forces. This captain is the head of the forces, with all the skill and relentless bravery that comes with the post. He is in charge of the elitist Kingsfleet. This character is canon only.

Kingsfleet
Four captains comprise the captains of the Kingsfleet. These men (and woman,) are charged with protecting the king, be it on land or water. On water, they must abide the wishes of the King, not just their First Captain. On land, they may act as an honour guard. These characters are canon only.

Admiral
Taking orders from the War Captain, the admirals have a lot of responsibility in making sure plans go smoothly. They relay orders to other captains and ensure that everyone is up to standard. Nobles and commoners both. These two characters are originals. 2/2 available.

Rear Admiral
These eight men sail amongst groups of ships of varying builds. They do the field work for the admirals, leading parties and parties of men to victory – or to death. It is these men that are feared, for their ruthless tendancies. Nobles and commoners both. All eight of these characters are originals. 8/8 available. ** one of these is female

Captain
The majority of the Valcoast forces, the basic Captain. He (or in rare cases, she) is an established seaman who has undoubtedly blooded many. They captain their own ship admist a hand-picked crew.

Seaman
The first stage of the naval forces of Valcoast, aside from being a simple crewman. Seamen work as a captains assistant, once they are chosen to do so. One ship may have several Seamen – in some cases, clever captains have formed crews out of Seamen, at docked (or no) pay. Nobles and commoners both start off as Seamen, as they find their sealegs.

Crewman
A rank of the forces that does not necessarily lead anywhere. Crewmen can be on any ship, from a basic Captains to the elusive War Captains own ship. They are generally skilled, even if they haven't bothered to enter the captaincy system. .
